    Today’s feature art for the visual meditation is ‘Badgers wood’ by Dominique F Cameron.

    As you look at this artwork, and call to mind the word ‘murmuration’ … what sensations do you first become aware of in your body?

    As you inquire into your body, remember to let out a long breath … and see if you can notice the end of that breath, before taking another.

    Now, would you like to notice that breath travel to the tips of your ears? What sensations do you notice there.

    Very gently, accepting the truth of your body’s experience in this moment.

    And what are you noticing now?
